Latitude was asked to help collaborate and design an elegant retreat in the heart of Destin, Florida with Prescott Architects out of Florida.
Parkside at Henderson Beach Resort will offer 1,2 and 3 bedroom residences.
Site work is underway in anticipation of groundbreaking in late November 2019.
